Permission to play

This invitation-only game is for adults aged 18 or older. By requesting access, you confirm that you meet that requirement and accept these terms. Approval grants personal, noncommercial permission to play in the approved browser. Approval may be denied or revoked.

Ownership and use

The operator and applicable rights holders retain their rights in the game, artwork, music and other material. Permission to play does not transfer ownership. Do not redistribute, sell, republish, or provide unauthorized access to the game or its assets, except where applicable law permits. Do not attempt to bypass the approval system. Ordinary browser storage needed to play is permitted.

Game content and safe play

This fictional game includes hunters, dogs, wildlife attacks, suspense, sound effects and game-over imagery. Play in a safe location. Do not play while driving or operating equipment. Stop if you feel unwell and adjust the volume to a comfortable level.

Availability and responsibility

The game is provided for entertainment on an “as available” basis. It may contain errors, stop working, or change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made about availability, compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy notice

The approval system stores your supplied name or nickname and email address, a random request number, acceptance date and terms version, access status, and session records. An essential browser cookie connects this browser with its request. The owner uses these records to approve, deny or revoke access and record acceptance. Email addresses are visible only in the owner approval panel, are not independently verified, and are not used for marketing by this app. For new requests, the app queues an owner notification containing your nickname, supplied email address, request number and request date. Once configured, Resend processes these details to send the notification to the owner. This is for access approval, not marketing. Do not supply sensitive information. Session records expire after 30 days for players and one hour for the owner. Request records remain until the owner deletes them. A saved email-to-nickname association persists across restarts so each email uses one nickname. Contact Greg to correct or delete that association. Email gregmoore3570@outlook.com to request deletion of your record. The hosting provider also handles network traffic and may keep its own security logs. The game stores finish scores and sound preferences in this browser; clearing browser data removes them. This app has no advertising or analytics tracking.
